Salary Offer : $73,150 P.A + Super
Position Responsibilities :
• Performing analyses as per instructions of the BUMA or MD
according to stipulated test procedures.
• Development and Validation of Eurofins Agroscience Testing test
methods or other published test procedures.
• Preparing draft reports for peer review and peer reviewing reports
prepared by others
• Operating and maintaining test equipment including GC/MS and
LCMS-MS.
• Calibration of test equipment.
• Preparation of stock standard solutions.
• Calculation and reporting of test results to the BUMA or MD.
• Report results to customers via Certificate of Analysis ensuring that
all issued documents are accurate and meet turnaround times.
• Receipt, storage and sub-sampling of test samples.
• Training of other staff in procedures for which qualified.
• Acting as PI (analytical phase) or Study Director for GLP studies
(where appropriately trained).
• Writing of in-house test methods (AATMs), Work Instructions and
other Laboratory Quality Manual Documents for review
Background (experience & qualifications)
- BSc or equivalent OR Diploma or certificate in chemistry or a related scientific discipline plus three years analytical laboratory experience.
