This development role will be a key stepping stone in your career leading towards Management (and being off the tools). You will be focussed on the project plumbing requirements of our client with involved in client management, estimating, and quoting projects, ensuring quality outcomes for Reliable Plumbing Services and the client. As a hands-on focussed MAINTENANCE PLUMBER, you will lead the delivery of the client plumbing projects.
You will enjoy dealing with people on the jobs / projects you are working on, and liaising with stakeholders and other people within our clients’ organisations. You’ll have good solid communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude that will assure our clients that nothing is too hard.
Reporting to and working with the Client Service Manager, you’ll have a varied and interesting role, this will include:
- Maintenance Plumbing (70% of your role);
- Quoting and Estimating (20% of your role);
- Project Management (5% of your role);
- Client Management / EHS / Client Relationship and Inventory management (5% of your role);
You must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies to successfully perform in this role: -

- Communicate clearly with clients, management team, office team members, and colleagues.
- A focused attention to detail and deadlines.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver internal and client project reports on time.
- Be able to set priorities and manage time when under pressure to achieve deadlines and commitments.
- Sound knowledge of tools and equipment, and ability to read and understand processes and plans.
- Excellent computer skills (Apple), experience creating and delivering client reports, working with a CRM (Aroflo or similar preferred), Excel, and experience using a job estimating computer application.
