About the opportunity

The Wilson Multi Project Coordinator works closely with the entire Wilson Multi team, reports to the General Manager and is part of the Wilson Multi Project Delivery Team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional support to clients throughout the design and construction phase of our residential projects. More specifically, you will:

  • Be responsible for effectively working with and meeting with the wider Wilson Multi team, site based vendors, and the client 
  • Be responsible for effectively working with external stakeholders through the design and approvals process, including consultants, Councils and supply authorities
  • Be the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all stakeholders with an unbeatable customer service experience including negotiating outcomes and dispute resolution 
  • Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing solutions to any problems which may arise that impact timelines, quality and cost on site
  • Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Completion and subsequent maintenance periods, including management of design & approvals, contractual documentation, supply authority applications, contract administration and completion documentation/certifications
  • Ensure all information is collated for other Wilson Multi departments so that they can complete their works accurately
  • Help to ensure that the administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the clients’ administrative process on track within the specified timeframe

  • A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
  • An eye for detail, and a passion for expanding existing skillsets and knowledge
  • A drive and passion for creating solutions and being accountable for delivery of the end result
  • Previous experience in a customer service/support role, contract administration, or construction administration/management is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
  • Knowledge of the residential construction industry including project administration, trade background, estimating or drafting is desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to building plans and contracts is desirable but this is something we will teach you on the job
  • intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to learn and effectively use business operating systems
