As we undertake multiple projects in the Perth region and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Project Control Officer to provide support to project managers. Reporting to the Group Leader, you will be the ‘go to person’ for Project Manager support, project setup, project monitoring, forecasting financials and reporting. You will join an experienced team of engineers and designers who are passionate about making a difference to the local area and being part of the exciting growth of the Perth region.
The role is based in our East Perth Office. . The role could either be permanent part time with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week or fulltime 40 hours per week, to suit the successful applicant.

- Ensure approvals for contracts and sub-consultant agreements are in place, insurances and prequalification questionnaires are up to date and stored in the subs database as required by the company guidelines.
- Organise and schedule communication processes with the Project Managers including meetings, recording minutes, following up the status of action items.
- Respond to requests (whether from internal & external client) in a timely manner.
- Understand the project management and financial month end calendars and Project Managers requirements with that calendar.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in project control of design or construction projects
- Exposure to project management principles, processes and methodologies
- Relevant tertiary education or, an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Oracle software an advantage
