Actively supports the Commercial Project Manager as well as the wider operational project team.- Work closely with Commercial Project Managers to assist with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Responsible for cost controlling activities at project and cost center level by working closely with site and project management teams.
- Responsible for month end close process, ad hoc analysis and profit & loss and balance sheet reporting.
- Responsible for booking, managing and invoicing spare part orders and aftermarket sales.
- Responsible for invoicing against Service Contracts per contractual requirements & associated credit control.
- Ensures compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements
- Support the Cost Change Notification (CCN) processes.
- Assist with any audit requests for documentation.
- Ensure financial statements reflect true and fair view of the department’s activities
- Ensure compliance with our Financial Reporting Guidelines, Risk and Internal Control (RIC) process and local GAAP requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Economics
- More than 3 years working experience in project controlling team include aspects of cost controlling, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, reporting and Forex management
- Have skills in SAP in Project Management and Financial Controlling module
- Have good working knowledge in POC accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
