THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Director of Supply Chain Transformation, this role will be a critical actor for the delivery of Supply Chain Transformation projects across the network.
Duties & Responsibilities include;
- Drive the project framework, tools, and templates to ensure successful execution of project plans and initiatives.
- Monitor program management models, address deviations, and escalate issues as required.
- Provide project management support for complex/large-scale programs, including change management, from feasibility to Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
- Lead the implementation of standardized program management processes and frameworks across the Transformation team and other project leaders.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment through cohesive communication plans for programs and initiatives, including leading smaller-scale projects from feasibility to BAU.
- Proven expertise in leading complex programs/projects through all phases, utilizing methodologies, tools, and processes for successful delivery.
- Strong program/project management skills, including planning, risk/change management, benefit tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities to engage cross-functional teams and align diverse requirements.
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to translate objectives into actionable plans, mentor teams, and drive standardization.
- Technical proficiency in project management software, industry tools/systems, and best practices.
