Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with local government to secure a Project Controls Coordinator for this 7-month opportunity. This position will provide specific project management advice and ensure compliance on construction projects in regard to relevant legislation, standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Project Manager to implement and maintain Project Controls to assist with the delivery of complex projects
- Develop a comprehensive consolidated program that caters for all Project Management Office assigned projects.
- Assist in development of corrective actions and provide detailed reports on the causes and potential solutions for project/program slippage.
Essential Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience delivering construction projects with multi-facet assets such as sporting facilities, road, stormwater, fields, clubhouse buildings and community buildings and bridge structures requiring progressive construction certification.
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in senior project management roles with a focus on programming and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project portfolio management, change management, risk management and quality assurance principles and methodologies.
