Opportunity to work in a collaborating and inclusive Technical Asset Services Team
Your new company
Our client is a North Brisbane Local Government Organisation who are currently looking to add additional resources to the asset services team. Due to the roll-out of a new project, they are looking to engage a Project Controls Coordinator to assist in developing and implementing new programs for the team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor program timelines and identify any slippage from the baseline schedule.
- Assist in development of corrective actions and provide detailed reports on the causes and potential solutions for project/program slippage
- Establish and implement robust monthly reporting structures for multiple project portfolios, including resource allocations, baselines and key performance indicators
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in senior project management roles with a focus on programming and scheduling
- Advanced programming skills and proficiency in project scheduling tools and software. (P6, MS project or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project portfolio management, change management, risk management and quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Qualifications in construction management or engineering and project management
