Position: Venue and Project Coordinator
Location: Second Echo Ensemble, nipaluna/Hobart
About the Role: As the Venue and Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our work at the SEE Studio and beyond. From managing the SEE Studio, to coordinating creative projects and administration, this position is perfect for someone passionate about the arts and making a meaningful impact.
Terms of Contract: Part time
[Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-noon]
Remuneration: $35 - $40/hour +12% superannuation.
[$72,800-$83,200 FTE commensurate with experience]
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver logistics of the SEE Studio
Communications and Project documentation
Data management, HR and WHS
Collaborate with a dynamic team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event coordination or project management.
Passion for the arts and a creative mindset.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
