Address The Role Your duties as Project Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
Prepare competitive quotations for Air/Sea, Out of Gauge, and Domestic Road/Air shipments.
Oversee the daily operations of project shipments.
Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate and support onsite handling, ensuring project compliance, and efficient administration and reporting.
About you
Currently, they’re on the lookout for somebody with proven experience in a projects role in freight forwarding or logistics.
Other skills and attributes include:
Extensive experience managing Projects Cargo, including Large Out of Gauge Freight.
Deep understanding of Air/Sea/Road operations and industry regulations.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and transportation management software.
