About Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (formally Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority) was established in 2023. Triple Zero Victoria provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for police, fire, ambulance and VICSES. The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.About the Role The Project Coordinator provides critical project administration services to assist with the successful delivery of an array of exciting Transformational projects and programs. Support Project Managers with delivery of projects through the application of Triple Zero Victoria's Project Management Excellence Framework and associated templates and processes. Organise project related meetings and workshops, including preparation of agenda, meeting materials and minutes. Support tracking of project budgets and related financial activities, including reforecast as part of mid-cycle budget reviews. Oversee project procurement activities and track progress. Support designated Project and Program Managers by maintaining core project management artefacts including (but not limited to) Risk, Action, Issue and Decision registers. This is a 2 year fixed-term opportunity. About You The preferred candidate will hold proven experience providing project support, with experience in Technology or Government projects beneficial. Additionally, it is anticipated you will hold the following skills and attributes: A well organised and proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
