A leading Tier 2 Melbourne construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including multi-residential, commercial, and industrial. Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
As the Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator for a commercial projects valued around $20m in the outer eastern suburbs , your responsibilities would encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the successful planning, execution of the project.

• Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Document Control
• RFI’s
• Safety
• Scheduling and Timeline Management
• Stakeholder Communication
• Quality Assurance
• Risk Management
• Documentation and Reporting
• Community Engagement
• Handover and Closeout

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in project coordination/contract administration or a related role within the construction industry is essential.
• Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
