As the Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator for a commercial projects valued around $20m in the outer eastern suburbs , your responsibilities would encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the successful planning, execution of the project.

- A bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination/contract administration or a related role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with the construction phases, project scheduling, and budget management is crucial.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.
