The Role
The project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Projects and Programs. Your responsibilities include:
- Document Control System Management: Responsible for overseeing and managing the document control system. You will also manage the customer Contract Data Index.
- Contract Deliverables Management: Managing the delivery of contract deliverables in accordance with the deadlines specified in the contracts.
- Program Management Schedule: You will establish and maintain a comprehensive and proactive management schedule for all programs. You will also prepare Program status reports.
- Outcome Tracking: You will monitor and track all elements of the Programs to ensure that they are meeting the required outcomes.
- Administrative Point of Contact: The Project Coordinator is the primary administrative point of contact for project outcomes.
Your profile
The qualifications, experience, and skills required for the Program Coordinator position are as follows:
- Prior experience as a Project coordinator or administrator: At least 2 years in a similar role.
- Document Record Management Systems: This involves managing and organizing documents efficiently within a structured system.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, at an intermediate level is necessary.
- Experience with Objective, SharePoint, and/or Oracle Platforms: Familiarity with document management platforms like Objective, SharePoint, and Oracle is an advantage.
- Experience in Project or Business Start-up: Experience in project or business start-up is beneficial, as it involves developing administrative and document control procedures from the ground up.
- Defence Sector Experience: Experience in the defence sector is an advantage, as it involves a unique set of regulations, standards, and procedures. Prior experience handling Classified and ITAR Controlled Documents is also a big plus.
