About the role
The Clinical TrialsProject Coordinator plays a key part in the management of the Clinical Trials business unit. The incumbent liaises with Clinical Trials clients’ project managers and coordinators, the role supports clients and the programme manager for study set up and data management ensuring compliance with GCP and GCLP.
We currently have vacancy for a Full Time, Fixed Term, Clinical Trails Projects Coordinator to join our Clinical Trials team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Interpret study protocols and prepare study quotes for Clinical Trials clients.
- Prepare clinical study set up documentation for client and the laboratory including but not limited to pathology manuals, request forms, summary sheets, study portal etc.
- General project co-ordination, including proactively following study progress for assigned studies.
- Coordinate the production of study materials for clients such as kits.
- Address queries relating to Kits, iPad (electronic pathology requesting) and project documentation during study periods.
- Prepare documentation relating to billing of consumables and study setup.
- Data management using an electronic lab system.
- Manage and maintain administrative tasks.
- May be required to carry out non-administrative study related tasks such as kit packing as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Advanced PC/Microsoft Office skills including high proficiency level in word and excel.
- Knowledge of operation of Clinical Trials studies.
- Knowledge of pathology testing requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
- GCP and GCLP Certification
