As the Project Coordinator of this high profile project you will collaborate closely with the Digital Leadership Team to support the delivery and implementation of the four key initiatives providing project management, detailed planning, tracking and status updates, enable agile ways of working, clear communications and storytelling and managing the overall project finances and resources capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and day to day management for the delivery of the four key
- initiatives for the program of work
- Organise and facilitate key project rituals / forums (stand-ups, planning, showcases)
- to keep project team on track and accountable, create tickets and track task
- completion, allocate work to team members.
- Work closely with the Digital Leadership Team to manage scope, workloads,
- timelines priorities, dependencies and deliverables
- Financial management of each workstream
- Maintain key project documentation including status updates, delivery outputs and
- benefits, financial tracking, project scope, schedules, risks and issues
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across the team, stakeholders, and
- leadership.
- Create regular status reports, escalate issues.
- Foster cross-term collaboration across workstreams and help enable more streamlined delivery and help implement new processes to enhance team efficiency.
Essential skills and experience:
- Knowledge and use of Jira software for team task tracking
- Knowledge of Agile processes
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines within a complex project.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to adapt style and technical depth to the specific audience.
- String problem solving skills with proactive attitude and creative ways of finding solutions to unexpected roadblocks and conflicts.
- Meticulous attention to detail. Catching potential errors and ensuring consistency in documentation.
- A basic understanding of digital (and, ideally) design principles, accessibility guidelines, and UI/UX concepts aids in communication and issue identification within the project.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with design tools (like Figma), project management software, and developer toolsets is beneficial.
