Do you enjoy the challenge of leading and managing diverse technical teams and programs in a large infrastructure environment and providing clients with industry-leading innovative, connected, and sustainable solutions? At Jacobs - we do as well! We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about overseeing project delivery! You will play a pivotal role in driving success and delivering comprehensive solutions for major infrastructure projects – primarily in the aviation sector in ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
Leading bid preparation and submission for major projects across different procurement methods.
Guiding project teams, including project managers, during project delivery.
Guiding on commercial, contractual & project management activities.
Monitoring and reporting of project progress, risks, and issues with project managers, overseeing the management of time, budget, and change.
Supporting the project manager/s with the resolution of project issues.
Point of escalation with clients.
Monitoring project performance and reporting to the senior leadership teams.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in project delivery leadership, particularly in major infrastructure projects.
Aviation experience will be highly regarded.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality standards within the project environment.
