The opportunity
Are you a property professional with a passion for delivering high-value projects that support community outcomes? Join our team as a Project Director, Property Acquisitions, where you'll provide specialist property services to a wide range of projects across NSW.
Your expertise will drive the efficient and effective execution of property related matters. In this role, you will advise on property acquisition, leasing and licensing, and manage transactions for a variety of property types. You'll handle everything from site selection and due diligence, to negotiating and acquiring new property, sometimes via compulsory acquisition. The activities will cover public and private land, leased or licenced property and potentially complex sites such as heritage properties, environmentally sensitive land, and contaminated locations.
You'll provide property advice on major NSW Health capital projects and programs, and your contributions will help advance the delivery of our capital works program across the state. If you have a strong background in site selection, property acquisition, land valuation or property management and are ready to take on challenging and rewarding projects in a supportive team, we encourage you to apply.
This is a full time fixed term role for a period of 2 years.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
