Our experienced team of 100 staff manage the whole project lifecycle in-house, from planning and design to manufacturing, construction, sales and marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at our Bathurst office.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, within Tier 2-3 space
• Proven track record of successful delivery of construction projects
• Worked in capacity of Senior Project Manager
• Experience with managing multiple projects
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Sound experience with commercial and contractual management of sub-contractors
• Preferred experience in industrial and commercial developments

• Experience in industrial construction project management
• Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage workflows across the construction team
• Good attention to detail and ability to think outside the square to achieve creative solutions
• Proven ability to multi-task and look after multiple projects
