In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering road and infrastructure projects and maintenance. You will support the local community and provide smart civil engineering solutions to challenges which are unique to the Cooma region. This role will provide you with a solid platform to continue to grow your career as you will have the opportunity take ownership of projects in which you work on.
 
You will lead the delivery of a variety of projects  ranging from snow clearing operations in the Winter, to maintanance and construction works on the Monaro and Snowy Mountains Highways in the warmer months. You will be a self starter and able to work autonomously whilst assisting in  the supervision of a large direct controlled workforce.

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity. The role is predominately an onsite based role but with flexibility for hybrid 1/2 days per week,  depending on business requirements.

Your civil engineering skills in roads, earthworks, and pavements will see you excel in the development and delivery of sustainable solutions for the local community.  You are recognised as a proactive and solutions focused thinker who loves a challenge. Your ability to  influence and negotiate outcomes, whilst building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across your projects will support your success and serve you well in this role.
