The identified candidate will operate as a representative of LMA whilst embedded within CAF14 and act as an unofficial communication corridor back to LMA, increasing situational awareness and supporting Air Battlespace Management Enterprise (ABME) behaviours.The Air Battlespace Management Enterprise Change Lead, whilst managing the ABME baseline, supports coordination of and communication with the Mission System Leads and the Prime System Integrator as they develop and incorporate engineering changes through each gate. The Change Lead will also be required at times to liaise with ABME stakeholders such as Operational Units, 41Wing, CAF14 Integration Team, CAF14 Scheduler, CAF14 Master Task List Manager.
