- Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large civil projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Technical Input: Provide technical expertise and engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, and maintenance phases.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Safety Management: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Procurement: Manage procurement activities, including preparing scopes of work, evaluating bids, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on large infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
