Form of workDue to our increased growth Munster Services Group is currently seeking a full time Mechanical Project Engineer
About Us:
Munster Services Group operating out of our Head Office in Slacks Creek & Yatala, provide services throughout Queensland and develop solutions for organisation’s and businesses requiring engineering, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, project management and labour hire.
We predominately operate in the water treatment, wastewater treatment, and infrastructure industries. We are seeking a self-motivated candidate to join our team providing a mix of site and office-based work. This role will include a lot of sunshine coast-based projects with regular visits to head office.
Some of the duties of the position include:
- Developing cost effective engineering solutions for the project
- Reviewing project documentation and raising technical queries related to the project
- Providing engineering/technical advice to on-site supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works
- Organising subcontractors and suppliers, and checking completed works to ensure requirements are met
- Working in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements.
- Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy
What do we need:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years onsite engineering experience - knowledge of treatment plants and networks highly considered.
- Experience delivering projects up to $10M
