About the Role:
- Plan materials and orders plus prepare detailed work-packs
- Assist with project plans, schedules and reporting
- Interpret standard specifications and typical drawings in accordance with modern industry standards
- Identify, investigate, record, monitor and report on actions, resolution and costs of vendor NCRs
- Provide technical support to the onsite team
- Review completed site quality documentation and compile close out documentation to client
- Execute other administrative tasks as required
- Ability to work in a team, and independently.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence outcomes across all multiple levels.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3 years minimum experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the mining industry
- Ability to manage the expectations of the role with appropriate and professional assertiveness.
- Demonstrated performance in safety management, which includes familiarity with Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard/Risk Assessment, and basic understanding of OH&S regulations.
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- extremely proficient with Microsoft office suite.
