We are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This opportunity will see you involved in a $65M Million project in the education sector.
About you:
This is a great opportunity for a construction professional to broaden their knowledge and experience within a friendly and supportive team environment. Based on site, this role focuses on quality control, stakeholder relationships and successful project delivery. The suitable candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of construction processes;
- Provide construction administrative support to the project team;
- Maintain and update all site contract and administrative documentation;
- Assist with coordination of critical building activities in conjunction with the Site Manager;
- Liaise and effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors;
- Drive compliance and quality on the project;
- Manage subcontractor inspection and test plans;
- Manage preparation, submission and outcome of RFI and Site Instructions;
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of all completion documentation, including O&M manuals, approvals and certifications.
- Work actively within a team to achieve project milestones;

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required, as is a legal entitlement to work in Australia.
