Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:Reporting to the Enterprise Change Lead, and with daily interaction and direction from the Program Director and Change Manager, the role will develop, coordinate and support communication, change, and engagement across assigned program / project initiatives. The role accountabilities will cover key components of change, including people and culture, systems and processes and technology improvements.We are excited about you because you have:
- Prior experience in a similar role and organisational environment with proven ability to support execution and delivery of communication and engagement
- Effective Communication with strong written and verbal communication skills including articulating and conveying messaging to diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver adoption and education campaigns on the tools, technology and use cases to enhance employees ways of working
- Ability to develop and deliver communications on new technology features and functionality, including translating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability and experience in maintaining SharePoint presence of information.
- Experience in the creation of user guides, FAQs, and other learning materials to provide employees with the resources they need to succeed.
- Experience in facilitation and presenting.
- Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to set plans and manage key milestones and deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change and/or communications and experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, in particular Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies would be highly desirable.?
