Are you a proactive and experienced Project ManagementFacilitator looking for a rewarding opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise? Our client, a reputable RTO based in Canterbury, is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Project Management Facilitator.

This is a contract role with view to a permanent role in the future. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by equipping clients with the skills and tools they need to succeed in Project Management.

• Lead engaging and interactive Project Management training sessions
• Guide clients in implementing best practices and strategies
• Contribute to the growth and success of diverse projects across various industries

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Project Management training programs
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions to their Project Management challenges
• Assess client progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Project Management methodologies

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with Project Management software platforms
• Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Experience in team management and collaboration

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/220)
• Previous experience delivering accredited Project Management training programs
• Minimum of 5 years of practical Project Management experience
