As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the $200 million residential project, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the $200 million residential project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects from $150 million upwards.
- Minimum of 7 years industry experience on large scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and project management tools
