Job Description:How will I help?This
Senior Project Manager role sits within Business & Wealth Technology and is a prime provider for driving the delivery of technology solutions for
Merchant Payments projects. We are accountable to our business partners for the delivery and support of technology solutions that create value and mitigate risk.
The main responsibilities of the role are:- Facilitate technology delivery starting from the discovery phase all the way to implementation.
- Manage scope with the Product Owner and Business Project Manage, and responsible to deliver the technology solution based on the endorsed quarterly plan.
- Ensuring cost effective and quality solutions are being developed by closely working with domain architects, solution designers & other internal application teams.
- Build and manage strong relationships with business delivery stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives.
- Manage RAID register and report critical items early to Technology Senior Management.
- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation.

What do I need?To be set up for success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record in successfully leading and managing medium/large projects (worth up to 20M) that have focused on Merchant Payments Technology.
- Extensive experience managing diverse stakeholder expectations, across different business divisions.
- 5 + years' experience within projects and/or delivery of technology solutions (minimum 3 years at Project Manager level).
- 3+ years working in a large and complex organisation.
- 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience working in Agile cross-functional delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices.
- Experience and knowledge with Merchant onboarding, servicing and payment systems & testing.
- Technology tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
