Our client is a government agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver an Enterprise Document and Records Management project from initiation through to delivery.
What your day will look like:
- Manage project constraints, including scope, schedule, budget, comms, stakeholder management, resourcing, cost, and quality.
- Engage with various stakeholders and business units to ensure estimations, budgets, time expectancies are agreed
- Provide strong engagement with stakeholders across the organisation, including the Sponsor, PMO and Executive.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver successful results
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Experience required:
- 5+ years project management experience in cross functional teams and projects
- Capability to prioritise and complete tasks of a high quality within contracted time frames
- Experience in the implementation of EDRMS solutions and integration of Office 365
- Understanding business requirements, documenting and presenting to stakeholders
- Working understanding of different project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile), test management and change management methodology
Desirable:
- PMBOK / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred
