An opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. You will work on high end Hotel and Hospitality Construction, Fit-out & Refurbishment
Your day to day;
- Full project cycle management and delivery.
- Managing communication and progress amongst internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide full scope and achievability of project works.
- Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Working closely with contract staff to ensure invoicing and project variation management is documented accordingly.
- Monitor job progress, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure health and safety is a priority.
- Proven experience in project management working on Hotel, Motel, Resort or Hospitality projects is a must.
- Relevant construction related degree.
- Works well with budgets and deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Must have experience with Australian Standards & Building Codes
- Work with a construction company, specialising in high end Hotel and Hospitality Construction, Fit-out & Refurbishment. This is a full service business, involved in the process from conception and design through to completion.
- Salary guide $140k - $180k + super (based on experience and skill level)
- Permanent, full-time position
- Office is located in the Sutherland Shire, with projects expanding across NSW.
