The Role
Working Monday to Thursday based primarily at Saraji Mine, our Project Manager will manage multiple site contracts, taking the lead in fostering client relationships and troubleshooting site issues. You are an astute and capable leader and will apply your expertise to build a high performing team that will shape personal and operational performance. Why you’ll be successful in this role:
- Experience with coal haulage, stockpile management or mining earthworks contracts
- Familiarity with machine/plant hire
- Client relationship acumen
- Proven aptitude to manage site contracts and site personnel
- Planning, scheduling and priority management skills
- Current G1, G8, G8, G2 certificate
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (desirable)
