This is a full-time, fixed term position through to December 2025 with salary in the range $108,975.08 to $122,176.31, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.Bring your deep understanding of higher education and stakeholder management to join a significant project that will support enhancing our scholarship processes.Based atAbout This OpportunityThe Project Manager, Scholarships oversees the implementation of the Scholarships Lifecycle Review and Implementation Plan. Responsibilities include project planning, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and budget management. This role sits within the within the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and collaborates extensively with the Academic Registrar, Scholarships Team, and stakeholders across the university.Key responsibilities will include:Project Leadership and Oversight: Lead the Scholarships Project from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, objectives, and benefits are achieved. Actively engage with the Project Steering Committee, plan, deliver, monitor progress, and conduct post-project evaluations.Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify operational needs, and propose innovative solutions for process enhancements, both automated and manual, to drive efficiency.Project Administration and Documentation: Supervise project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate the development of project documentation such as plans, scoping documents, and reporting templates, ensuring clear communication and transparency.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Identify and involve key stakeholders, ensuring their informed engagement and support for the Scholarships Project's success.Financial Oversight: Manage and report on the project budget, ensuring financial transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.About YouWe need a motivated and experienced Project Manager to assist with the Scholarships Lifecycle Review and Implementation Plan. This role demands independence and adaptability to ensure project success across various contexts and settings.An ideal candidate will possess:Postgraduate qualifications in project management or related field, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated a successful track record in delivering project management and administrative support, utilizing methodologies, frameworks, and relevant software tools.Experience in analysing business processes, proposing automated and manual solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Exhibit excellent time management skills, handling competing priorities effectively.
