AddressThe Role:
The Project Manager will manage the delivery of multiple smaller projects within the residential sector on the Central Coast.
The successful applicant will be reporting to the Owner/Founder. The role would be suited to someone that is energetic, enthusiastic, and who enjoys working as part of a team. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all trades and subcontractors
- Engagement of architects & consultants
- Manage the creation of the Project Brief utilising internal and external resources as required to prepare the base information and define expected outcomes.
- Create and monitor the development programmes & budgets for each project
- Manage the design process to achieve a cost effective design that is documented in accordance with the Project and/or Product brief, budget and required timeframes.
- Manage applications to consent authority including modification applications.
- Manage the builder (if required) to ensure the relevant construction certificates are obtained.
- Visit site regularly and monitor quality, safety and manage design issues. Attend regular construction progress meetings.
- Managing all maintenance schedules & small repairs for all of the founders’ properties & coordinating subcontractors and trades to carry out maintenance works.
Experience & Skills required:
- Minimum 4-5 years in a similar role.
- Programming, cost, and procurement experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
