About the role
Ventia's Defence Business have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their Regional Project Management Team. We are offering a Permanent, Full-time role that will see you responsible for project planning, development, and management for Defence Estate maintenance works.
Key Duties
- Manage the delivery of projects in Northern Territory
- Manage and commission of the handover of assets
- Manage the performance of the vendors allocated to deliver their allocated projects
- Unpack new projects in consultation with all relevant bodies to understand tactical and physical risks
- Manage project risks and actions by ensuring that each project is risk assessed
- Planning, delivery, and closure of allocated Defence Estate Works projects
- Manage the Client/Customer relationships and expectations for allocated projects
What you'll need
- Experience in a similar role
- Graduate qualifications in engineering, asset management or equivalent is desirable
- Diploma of Project Management is advantageous
- Australian Citizenship
