The Project Manager Asset & Infrastructure will work with relevant key stakeholders to ensure that projects are realistically planned, developed, implemented and evaluated within the agreed timeframes and budget, applicable standards and regulations. This also includes activities relating to community engagement, design, construction, handover and the development of the ongoing facility and maintenance schedules for the buildings. - Proven ability to manage project scope, monitor project progress, identify and manage project risks and issues
- Solid understanding of Australian standards (AS), National Construction Codes (NCC) and other regulations, including compliant and accurate documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change, analysing problems, developing effective solutions and resolving conflicting priorities in a health, emergency services or corporate context.
- Proven ability in the planning and delivery of capital projects, including the development of clear, measurable project scopes and effective monitoring, reporting and communication requirements
- High-level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to prepare to high standard project documentation
