Let's talk about ResponsibilitiesTo lead or coordinate CAPA and business process improvement projects that requires a high level of technical/process analysis skills.Assist CAPA Leaders to manage their CAPA’s and use the Continuous Improvement philosophy to bring about positive change.Ensure that ResMed quality systems comply with the requirements and intent of the applicable regulatory standards.Regular presentations to the CAPA Board relating to system challenges assigned, the ability to influence the direction of the business and develop solutions is a requirement.Let’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceAbility to lead and motivate others.Self-directing and self-motivated.Good verbal communication skills and written expression.Honest and ethically minded.As part of the role, are required observation and compliance with:Quality and other Business Systems.OH&S Management Control System.Human Resources policies and procedures.An understanding of Statistics, and how to use them in order to demonstrate a hypothesis will support the robust solutions demanded in the role.Project management skills to enable completion of multiple projects within scope, timeline and budget.Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Systems and how these two aspects are associated and influence each other.Strong problem solving abilities and considered a ‘Systems Thinker’.Strong written communication skills supported by strong presentation skills.Effective leadership and influencing skills.Required :Bachelor Degree of Science or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality or Project Management positions in an ISO, TGA or FDA certified quality driven industry or equivalent experience.PreferredUnderstanding of Quality Systems (ISO13485, MDSAP, 21CFR, MDD, MDR), Technical Writing or Problem Solving Training.Project Management Experience.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
