Responsibilities- Oversee multiple streams of work and drive an open and positive inter-dependent relationship between the Project Team, Operations and project stakeholders
- Responsible for managing, monitoring and auditing each phase of the implementation and the related project plans and budgets
- Overseeing scheduled activities and maintain plans
- Proactively anticipate project deviations and responsible for communicating and/or taking immediate corrective action.
What will help you succeed- 5+ years' experience in IT Project/Program Management- system migration, system integration, data migration desirable
- Experience in large scale projects, leadership and implementation in a logistics/supply chain or FMCG environment
- Experience directing cross-functional teams utilising continuous improvement methodologies to optimise Supply Chain design
- Bachelor degree qualified in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce or related field (preferred)
- Prince2 / PMP / IPMA Certifications (preferred)
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation
- Project methodology qualifications essential - Agile project and waterfall management experience preferred
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of warehousing, distribution and WMS
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
