Client Description:

The Project Manager role involves projects based throughout Sydney Metro Areas.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from start to completion
- Foster and maintain client and subcontractor relationships
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
- Lead the implementation of WHS, Quality, and Environmental standards
- Manage and coordinate the design process
- Utilize software including Jobpac / CHEOPS, PayApps, Procore, and Hammertech
Role Requirements:
- Relevant construction Degree
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager overseeing projects from start to completion
- Experience in the local Australian construction market, particularly on Commercial (new build), Mixed-Use, and/or Residential (Apartment) projects valued at $20Mil upwards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams
- Strong passion for construction and a high work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Associated construction qualification
