The PM: CW works mostly in an office-based environment using a variety of office technical equipment
Essential (Qualifications and Registrations)
• Tertiary qualifications in architecture
• Valid Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration
• Current and satisfactory National Police Criminal History Check (NPCHC)
• Current Tasmanian vehicle driver licence
Essential experience
• Demonstrated experience in site master planning, space utilisation, design and operation of contemporary educational facilities to enable current and future teaching and learning methodologies;
• Proven history of managing simultaneous large-scale projects from inception to completion, including project planning, briefing and management, and the ability to plan and manage projects to deliver successful outcomes on time and on budget
• Demonstrated competence in the area of asset and facility management
•Development and use of project management and asset related information systems, including software such as JIRA and Assetic

Role requirements
The location of this role is negotiable. However, this is a state-wide role with primary focus on the Southern Tasmania area. Part of this role will require regular intra-state travel to school sites around the state.
