Using strong Design, Strategic and Project Management expertise, the Project Manager: Capital Works will provide support and guidance to key stakeholders across CET to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of tasks within the area of responsibility.
As the Project Manager: Capital Works (client sided), you will:
- Contribute to strategic organisation and master planning initiatives,
- Managing Key Relationships (internal and external) and stakeholders,
- Provide consultation services in relation to educational facilities planning and design, site design, maintenance and utilisation,
- Deliver on capital and minor works projects and programs, and
- Provide strategic asset and facility management activities.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
- Tertiary qualifications in architecture, and
- Demonstrated experience in site master planning, space utilisation, planning and design of contemporary educational facilities to enable current and future teaching and learning methodologies.
