Due to the demand for our services, we are looking to grow our various trade departments. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join our Ceilings, Linings & Partitions Department.
The Role:
This position will report to the Director and is required to manage and deliver multiple projects of a Plastering & Carpentry nature. You will be responsible for managing various operational & resourcing functions such as staffing, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. This is an office and site-based role.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire when required.
- To effectively liaise with staff, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- To be highly organised, driven, and reliable, with a lead-from-the-front approach.
- Excellent technical skills and industry knowledge.
Your work will include:
- Supervision and management of your project delivery team and any sub-contractors in terms of safety, program, productivity, and quality to meet industry and company standards.
- Scheduling all jobs to ensure optimum staff utilisation, efficiency, customer service and quality.
- Ordering materials and providing approvals.
- Issuing progress claims and completing financial forecasting.
- Actively seek to develop and grow project staff to reach their full potential.
- Being a key member in the growth and development of Parker Precision.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervision or managerial capacity within a trade-based company.
- Vast knowledge and experience in commercial ceilings, linings and partitions systems including seismic designs.
- Proven experience, tendency, and desire to develop systems and processes and contribute to their performance.
- Project management software experience and knowledge. Procore experience preferred but not essential.
Remuneration:
