Project Manager, Client Side Residential Apartments - Sydney

A leading Australian-owned Development and Project Management consultancy in Sydney is looking for a Project Manager to join the team working across Apartment Developments and Aged Care Projects.

This long-established property group partners with Investment Management Companies, Private Development groups, and Affordable and Community Housing groups on Apartment developments 20 Units to 200 Units.

They manage projects from scope definition and design management, through the appointment of consultants and contractors, construction delivery, and handover.  

The role:

As a Project Manager, you will work with a Senior PM and Associate to manage projects across all stages. You will be involved in development approvals, design coordination, tendering/ procurement, contract administration, progress, budget, and risk reporting and liaise with the client throughout the project's lifecycle. You will liaise directly with consultants and building contractors to ensure design and quality are met. 

Your background:

• Ideally, you will have 5 years + of client-side project management experience.
• High-level communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants & contractors
• High-level written skills for email communication and reporting writing
• You will be driven and can work to tight schedules with good time management skills 
• Tertiary background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or another Property related discipline
