Your New Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of high-end Residential Building Projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal staff, architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage resources efficiently will be essential in achieving project goals.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
- A proven track record in high-end Residential Building Projects showcasing successful project delivery.
