About the Role:
- Lead positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
- Collaborate with Town Planners, providing regular project updates
- Support the Construction team through the construction and maintenance phases
- Proactively oversee projects from EDA to Site File, meeting expectations
- Ensure timely acquisition of necessary approvals for projects
- Facilitate contract preparation, presentation, and signing post-approval
- Review and handle client change requests with Estimating collaboration
- Document additional costs through Post Contract Variations post-signing
- Highly organised and able to multi task and manage several competing priorities
- Passion for providing the highest level of client service
- Assertive while being friendly and approachable with good negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- A team player with a positive energy and professional approach
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- An demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Working knowledge of the residential construction industry
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, industry database systems)
