The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a large quantity of small building maintenance works to medium size hard service, fit out, refurbishments projects in Sydney, NSW.
The successful applicant will have a solid understanding and skills in Sales, Tendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Procurement, Delivery, Site management, HSEQ, Finance and managing Client & Vendor relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment
- Proven experience of running a P&L
- Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
- Current Driver’s licence and Car
- Recognised technical qualification in construction, BMS, HVAC, mechanical or electrical – Engineering background preferred
- Certificate III or trade qualification preferred
