About the role
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale technology and digital change across Kleenheat, with critical importance to business success, growth and operational efficiency, in this vertically integrated business. .
Our Business Improvement team is responsible for transformation change to achieve Kleenheat’s strategic objectives. Our team leads high profile projects that have a direct impact on our customers’ experience, Kleenheat’s value offering, and helps set the direction of the business using and implementing the latest technology and supporting change.

In this varied and interesting role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver key strategic projects across full project lifecycle including business case development, sourcing, risk and benefit management and transitioning projects into business as usual
- At times managing multiple projects in parallel, dependant on complexity
- Ensure project resources (human and commercial) are effectively managed to foster teamwork, accountability and achieve initiatives
- Manage stakeholders throughout all levels of the WesCEF organisation to maintain buy in and resource commitment
- Lead and handle the change management process
- Provide high level advice and recommendations to the leadership team to enable and support fully informed and timely decision-making
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, formal certification in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMBOK) and/or formal qualification in Agile project management
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology or system implementations with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management capabilities
- Ability to lead technology related teams (data, integration, QA, digital)
- Strong written and verbal communication that enables you to present outcomes and project progress to senior leadership audiences
- Influencing and negotiation skills to manage key stakeholders and suppliers to drive positive project outcome
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the phases of work required for software development and implementation
- Superior problem solving skills and business acumen to drive good decision making
- Experience in Oracle EBS desirable
- Experience in retail or utilities industry would be beneficial
