The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of projects related to customer procurement integration solutions utilising Blackwoods and customer procurement systems such as SAP, ARIBA, Coupa, Technology One, Oracle, Peoplesoft etc. As Project Manager, working alongside a team of Business Analysts, you will take a hands-on approach and partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated EDI solutions for our customers.
This is a maximum term opportunity (concluding May 2025) and will be based onsite at Blackwoods Macquarie Park.
Some of the tasks involved:
- Manage multiple EDI project timelines to meet customer data integration objectives
- Plan and define the project timeline in conjunction with stakeholder requirements
- Lead a team of Business Analysts to support with day to day activities and UAT testing
- Support with relevant testing activity to delivery of project
- Provide ongoing activity updates to direct and indirect stakeholders
Some of the skills required:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience in customer integration across multiple systems – SAP, ARIBA, Coupa, Oracle etc.
- Punchout Integration experience essential
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder groups
- High level written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in leading and coaching direct reports
