A03 Business Support

Our client is a large and busy State Government Department, and they are looking for a Business Support Officer to join their busy team on a temporary assignment until August 2024. A great opportunity to apply your administration skills in an all-round administration and Project Support environment.About the role:

• Providing the project team with a high level of administration support in the areas of finance, procurement, HR, Project Support and Document management.
• Support and contribute to administration activities to ensure compliance with corporate governance obligations
• Day to day administration and support functions as required
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Senior Advisor (Business Operations) and Principal Finance Advisor.

About you:

• You will ideally have previous experience in financial administration and procurement Support
• You will ideally have SAP, Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and Teams experience
• You will have strong administration and coordination skills
• You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills

• $46.27 to $51.34 per hour + super
