Student Wellbeing Officer is responsible for providing general pastoral care and wellbeing support to students, regardless of their faith or beliefs. The
Student Wellbeing Officer plays a crucial role in assisting school communities by supporting and being a role model for students, enhancing engagement with the broader community and parents. The role will be guided by the specific needs of the school.The
Student Wellbeing Officer does not provide counselling and is to work under the direction of the school leadership team and school specialist staff to support
Student Wellbeing and is to refer students to the counselling service provided by the school. The
Student Wellbeing Officer’s focus is on providing effective Tier 1 supports, general strategies and interventions aimed at promoting overall
Student Wellbeing.Please refer to the attached Position Description for further information.To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
