The role
The Design and Development team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
As a Project Manager - ELV (Extra Low Voltage), you will be entrusted with overseeing the efficient management of EVL/Technology services throughout the lifecycle of projects at Crown Resorts Melbourne Property. Your role within the property design and development team will be pivotal in implementing ELV services within various development projects.
- Manage the design, documentation, and procurement processes to ensure ELV services meet project requirements.
- Review consultant and contractor works programs and resource plans.
- Provide advice during project construction and issue necessary notices, clarifications, and design documents.
- Conduct inspections, monitor installation quality, and facilitate site communication.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Highly developed technical ability for planning, overseeing work, and technical competence in ELV systems.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with diplomacy and influence.
- Effective leadership and motivation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
- Proven experience in project management, engineering, or construction, especially in Entertainment/Hospitality Industry projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
